Welcome to Yu Scent. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Yu Scent. By accessing our site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services. 

Ordering and Payment 
All prices on our website are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. 

Subscriptions 
Yu Scent offers subscription plans that deliver fragrances on a recurring basis. By subscribing, Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. . If you wish to change your scent, you can change from Manage subscription.  If the susbcription is out of stock next month , the refund will be issued as store credit . If the customer want to cancel after order is processed ( not shipped yet ) , there will ne 20% restocking fee. 

Subcription purchased till feb  27 will be charged 14.99  that were purchased for 9.99$ . 

Prices can be changed that will be notified in email to our customers . 

Use of Site 
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 

Modifications 
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
