Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days(delays can happen ) Shipping times vary by location and chosen shipping option; standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.  

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination. You will see the total shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping as part of promotions; any such offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched.  

If your package is lost  during transit, please contact the courier as Yu scent will be not responsble for the refund for the items lost by courier .

We provide  refund for damaged or lost items while in transit only if you purchased transit insaurance delivery .

Transit insurance delivery - This option  will provide full refund as store credit for the items damaged while in transit otherwise the orders with regular delivery are not eligible for refund if their orders get damaged while in transit ( Yu scent will  not be responsible ) . This policy only applies if they got damaged and courier was not able to deliver it .  
The customer has to provide photos and videos of  the items that gets damaged in 24 hours as soon as they get delivered to apply for refund for the damaged item .
